Refund Policy
Complete Buyer Satisfaction
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Online Jewellery Stores you can return the items to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, replacement or exchange. Unwanted items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
Returning Goods
If you wish to return goods you have a responsibility to return them in good condition. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging, within the cooling off period. You are required to pay for the cost of postage which must be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery insured to the value of your item. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. For further information on your statutory rights look at www.consumerdirect.gov.uk.
Items purchased between Tuesday 01 February and Friday 11 February 2010 can be returned and refunded or exchanged, up to and including Saturday 28 February 2011.
How To return Your Item
You can return items to us - the card you used to pay will be refunded within 28 days.
What you need to do:
- Complete our online returns form pdf document.
- Place the items into their original presentation boxes and make sure the parcel is sealed securely. You should also place a copy of the despatch note you received with your order into the parcel. Please note that pierced jewellery must be returned in its original sealed packaging.
- For refunds: once we have assessed the items, the money will be put back on to the credit/debit card that was used to place the order online.
- For exchanges: you will need to return your current item by post with either the catalogue number or print out of the new item you require, we will then refund or charge your card accordingly and send out your new item.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Exclusions
Certain items cannot be returned, unless GoldBargain is at fault. These are personalised or pierced jewellery.
Gift Returns
Refunds for gifts can only be made to the payment card used to purchase the goods. So if you buy a gift online, the recipient will not be able to get a cash refund if they want to return the goods. If a recipient does want to return gifts, we will exchange them for a full online credit of the value of the gift within the cooling off period.
Cooling Off Period
When you order from Online Jewellery Stores online, you are entitled to a cooling off period when you can return your goods without any penalty. Our cooling off period is 30 days, which includes any statutory cooling off period.
This period starts the day the contract is agreed (i.e. you receive an email from us saying we have despatched your order) and ends 30 days after the day following delivery of the goods.
Certain items are excluded from the cooling off period guarantee, unless we are at fault. These are personalised or engraved items.
